Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we offer international shipping to many countries.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our international fulfillment partners to offer the best availability and pricing. Your order may ship from one of several global warehouses, depending on the item and destination.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at info@shopprimeorbit.com.
After 12 hours, we may not be able to make changes because the order may already be in processing or shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, and then your order ships.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks after your order ships (depending on your location and local delivery conditions).
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after it ships, contact us at info@shopprimeorbit.com, and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund, depending on the situation).
Will I be charged customs fees or taxes?
Depending on your country, customs fees/import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, email info@shopprimeorbit.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We’ll reply with return instructions. (Please note: items must be unused and in original packaging.)
What if my item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing?
Please email info@shopprimeorbit.com within 7 days of delivery with:

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return is received/approved (or after a cancellation is confirmed).
Banks/credit card providers may take 7–10 business days to post the refund.
